Excellent customer service. Able to clean 2 suits within 48 hours…!! Great to have this local dependable service with dry cleaning done on site. I believe it takes longer from other outlets because dry cleaning done at different premises. Have used a number of times and always thorough and professional. Highly recommended!
As always, Doug did an amazing job, this time with a badly stained wedding guest dress. Turn-around was only a day! I wouldn't trust any other dry cleaners, especially not with delicate jobs on expensive garments. What's more, the service is exceptional, and Doug's friendliness always has me leaving with a smile. It's the kind of thing that makes our neighbourhood well so warm and friendly. Thanks Doug!
I could not rate this place more highly. Worrying that I was unable to get my bridesmaid dress dry cleaned in time for my friends wedding and then Dug come to my rescue. He made it look beautiful, and every mark vanished. Will definitely be returning, many thanks :)
A great experience and first class customer service. With a last minute business trip scheduled, Doug turned around a dry clean 2piece suite and 4 shirts in less then 24hrs(dropped off Friday and collected Saturday). This was the first time I’ve used the business and wow! In the future will now only come here. Doug is excellent, he really cares about the service he provides and is one of the only dry cleaners with on-site facilities, where as others have to send your clothes off-site. I have been a priority customer at Johnson's for over a decade now and always been impressed with their friendly, efficient, well-priced and excellent laundry services. They did a particularly great job with my wedding dress, which may have broken the, record for quickest return post wedding but also filthiest hemline (we went clubbing for the after party!). Highly recommended, Doug is an absolute gem!
