DO NOT USE! The dress I sent in came back with the same coffee marks and smell as when sent off. Only thing it wasn’t creased. I paid to be cleaned as worried id snag dress If I washed it. Labels on dress suggested it hadn’t gone through the washing machine as told. I ended up going home, spending £20 on delicate fabric remover to clean the dress and hand wash it (bought from Waitrose happy to recommend what). Shocking service, one of my favourites pillow case ruined and no response at all ., The company is lacking in service. And the woman in Waitros has so far done nothing: I want a refund as the cases are no longer made by Laura Ashley.
Shocking service! The lady Manager seems reluctant to actually do any work and seems to think she is doing you a favour by undertaking your cleaning! I put in a blazer for cleaning and when it came back, they had torn it from the vent right to the armpit - when confronted, she said it was like that when I dropped it off! She then said if you want it repaired to use someone else, as they could not guarantee it would be fixed. I said NO and told her to repair it. Avoid Johnsons..... I will never use them again! Had 5 curtains dry cleaned at extortionate cost (over £100.). Although they are cleaner, I have to vacuum the carpets everyday after I have opened them! They don't use cleaning fluids anymore but some sort of paper sheeting, whether or not it is supposed to disintegrate or not during it's cleaning process I have no idea. But I can shake the curtains and big pieces will fall out along with smaller bits and white dust particles, it is never ending. I guess it will eventually one... read more
Paid £26.00 for a 2 piece suit & tie the trousers look as if they havent been touched no effort has been made to clean small stain on jacket has gone Assistant had no interest in offering a explanation and was very dis interested in polite customer service
