Be aware of rats!!! Our furniture and rugs were infested with rat excrement, one theater room leader chair chewed up badly and two dinning room chairs chewed up beyond repair. Mattresses were full of rat poop and smelled horrible. Management placed rat traps throughout the property but didn't inform us of the problem. We noticed the traps but thought that inside the unit is safe because there are no holes for rats to get in but we were totally wrong.
