Recently had a particularly odd experience with someone else mistakenly taking my shoes from the cubbies but the staff was great and they managed to get them back for me. Thank you so much! This is a great indoor play space for kids and the staff is friendly and empathetic. They offer great options for kids birthday parties and they make the planning a breeze. We celebrated my son’s birthday back in 2023 and it was great and continues to be great. I would definitely recommend!
We had a wonderful experience celebrating our child’s second birthday at Jolly Yolly. Our party host, Alison, did a fantastic job decorating the room and even added some of her own decorations where needed. She called a few days before the party to go over the details which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. During the party, she was quick to help with everything from cutting the cake and getting bubbles going on the dance floor to handling the post-party cleanup. Jolly Yolly indoor playground is one of the best spots I have found for my letting kids burn off energy in a safe, clean space. You walk in and immediately notice how bright and well kept everything is. The play areas are thoughtfully set up: • Soft climbing zones for younger kids • Larger structures for older children • Plenty of seating for parents Staff members were friendly and attentive. This rating is based on the great time the attending children experience at this birthday party. I would recommend you set a 45 minute timeframe between each party. The kids had a great time otherwise.
I love how welcoming the staff is i had a couple questions for birthday parties and the Manager Aylin was very friendly and helpful she really goes above and beyond and it is really important especially with planning children’s birthdays it can get overwhelming. overall I would definitely recommend jolly yolly kids
