The process took longer than when we originally purchased the home. It should have been quick and easy deal but there was miscommunications, sometimes no communication unless we called. In the end, they miss the closing date and we had to pay an extra fee to send a notary to us. Which is when we found they missed our impound account and they had to redo the docs and send yet another notary to us while we were on vacation. We just bought the house a year ago. This should have been easy.
