I went in to see Jonathan Conley with the recommendation of a Dr I trust. To say my experience was terrible is an understatement. I gave him a 2 because his recipes he emailed were helpful. I went in to get education on heart healthy foods to help lower my cholesterol while also trying to lose weight because I have noticed that as I add the foods higher in healthy fats, I am gaining more weight. Jonathan was easy to talk to. He was willing to share information and answer any questions that came up. We had a great talk. He sent me home with some handouts and emailed more information. Highly recommended.
