I have been going to John for a couple of years- maybe longer now.. he is excellent and is very easy to talk to. He is a very thorough doctor, he makes sure that the patient is satisfied with treatment- but also has great insight. I am an immigrant and is currently suffering quite serious anxiety. At first I was hesitant to see a doctor due to my general anxiety and also cultural anxiety as well. Also my oral English is not very fluent and I fear that people would not want to talk with me. However, after meeting Mr. Dyckman, all of my fear and concerns are gone. My experience with Jonathan was beyond my expectations. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. After having a bad experience with my last psychiatrist, I was very anxious with speaking to another Dr. in regards to psychiatric help. Jonathan made me feel so much better about speaking about my concerns and left me feeling at ease knowing I’m in good hands!
I was very skeptical about doing my mental health over a video call, but it has been easy and hassle free. I was surprised how comfortable I was talking about what's been going on and the doctor listened and didn't hesitate to get me on medication. I will definitely continue to use Lifestance for my mental health care!
