After reading all these bad reviews I have disagree with them all. Yes it was a short visit Yes it seemed like it a was a fast appointment. But as we all know most dr appointment take forever to get in once you arrive at the dr. I myself get very impatient waiting for appointments when I arrive on time. He is excellent !!! Very thorough and extremely knowledgable.
Dr. Ferguson is great. He always asks if we have questions. He just did my daughter surgery. She is almost two. He made sure we knew everything that was going to happen and even made sure we knew everything after her surgery as well. He came highly recommended from her pediatricians office and we were not disappointed. I truly believe my daughter was seen by the best ENT doctor. We could not be happier and he did a great job on her surgery.
Spent very little time. Spent the whole time in front of the computer. Did not seem like he wanted to be there, or cared.
Accompanied my grandfather for his first appointment with Dr. and we both observed he is very to the point. Was with us very little like others said also, and also lacked to explain to my grandpa (who doesn’t know English) what he was about to do. Not a personable man at all.
As other patients have said, Dr. Ferguson has spent VERY little time with me. I have seen him three times and never more than for five minutes. I have learned more by talking to the nursing staff.
Dr. Ferguson spent all but 5 minutes each time I visited. I felt like I was just a number and he needed to get through as many patients in one day. He didn't seem to listen or even care what my problem was. His treatment was prescription antihistamine in which I could have just bought over the counter. I'm still not treated and will ask my GP for a different referral.
