I feel very fortunate to have found LifeStance and my counselor. Not only have I learned about coping with my feelings but the scheduling is flexible. I love that I can stay at home and use teletherapy.
I have been seeing Jonathan regularly for about a year. He has helped me so much. He is very caring and listens. He offers great advice, even if it's just for me to look at a situation differently. I feel that I can be open and honest with him..... With no judgment. I think my biggest takeaway thus far is to stop being so hard on myself. Thats a tough one to work through, but with Jonathan's help I am getting there.
