My first visit with Dr To vey proved to be a learning experience about my condition. Dr To vey was compassionate and ensured through his explanation I had a thorough understanding. I left feeling my eyes were in good and knowledgeable hands.
Dr. Tovey is very thorough and compassionate. I have had laser surgery, Cataract surgery, and Glaucoma treatment and care. I have recommended Dr. Tovey many times to family and friends.

The first thing that impressed me about Dr Tovey was his bedside manner. He was very personable. He explained everything completely to both me and my wife. He has a way of putting me at ease. I am glad I was switch to him to do my surgery.
