Dr. Williams is the best pediatrician I’ve met, he goes above and beyond for my daughter and I love that he makes sure to let the parents know how amazing they’re doing.
Working with Dr. Williams in the ER is an honor. As a patient, he is also excellent.
Took my son to the ER because he couldn't hold down his medicine & fluids. I asked Dr. Williams if he could do a CT scan to check my son's appendix. He said "There is a 1% chance of cancer from a CT scan." That most all doctors would tell me they would rather do surgery than a CT on my son to not risk the 1%. I asked how he could rule out his appendix being the issue. He proceeded to grab my son's belly and shake it saying kids hurt and will tell you if they hurt. I came to the ER and this doctor honestly scarred me when it comes to making future appointments and having to see another provider. He was very rude and emotionless. He didn’t listen to me when I was voicing my concerns and symptoms. He performed an exam that is normally painless and the way he did it with such aggression and carelessness that it was beyond painful.
If I could give zero stars I would. This dr did not help me at all. He was rude and said that I just had a gastrointestinal issue and needed to wait until I could get in somewhere. When my husband and I pushed back on that diagnosis he then said “no there really isn’t anything wrong with you” as I stood there doubled over in pain and crying. By that evening I was diagnosed with a kidney stone and within 5 days congestive heart failure due to the lack of care from multiple doctors who all insisted my pain was not real. I do n... read more
When Dr. Williams called to tell me my father was in cardiac arrest, he was completely bla·sé about it. I didn't hear an ounce of empathy in his tone. He was very unclear; was he calling to see if they should take active measures or telling me my father was dead?! Since he called me from a cell phone in an ER where the cell reception was terrible, I never did find out the answer to that question. The call failed & he never called me back to tell me father, had in fact, died.
