I must say I have never had and insurance agent go above and beyond for me like this agency did (Jones insurance Group) I just purchase new home and there was a 60 day wait to obtained home owners insurance and they were able to get me in way before the 60 days they got me in like 3 days so that my coverage would be effective per my lenders deadline. BEWARE! Charged me thousands for a policy for a couple months and refused to give me a refund towards the remaining months when i canceled the policy. I recommend dealing with a real insurance company.
