I have not yet moved in. I am planning on, so far conversations that I've had with Debbie during my tour and via emails and phone has all been great. I am excited to move in as the place seems so clean and she takes really good care of the plant decor outside. I hope the carpeted room gets deep clean before I move in. I am excited to take on this journey with Joralemon Street as I am a very quiet and clean and this place seems like it matches my personality.

I just finished a tour here over the weekend. Debbie was so nice and welcoming. She gave us all of the apartment information quick and efficiently. It was a great experience! Can't wait to move in! Update: Save yourself a headache, don't move here. Management is unprofessional. The ceilings leak, the dog park is not a dog park. It's some rocks thrown over a section of dirt. You sometimes have heat and hot water and in the middle of a cold winter it's just not acceptable. Honestly this is my experience, and if a person decid... read more

This is a great place to live. Debbie is a great person, easy to talk to and listens to my concerns. Mr G as I call him, has handled any issues that I have brought to him or Debbie in an expeditious and professional manner. I have been here just over 2 years and plan on making this my permanent home. My cat Sophie and I are very happy here. I highly recommend this apartment complex as a great place to live.....

We moved here August of 2021 and I'm happy with how the management , Debbie and Gerard handles my concerns. With just a simple text or email, they will always acknowledge or address the issue. The surrounding are clean and well-maintained. We couldn't be more happier to have moved here where our furbabies are also welcome.
