When my baby was about 4mo old, I brought her in with concerns about a lip tie. Jordan did not get out of her chair to physically look at the lip tie. She instead referred me to a speech therapist who was not covered under our insurance and also doesn’t actually fix the issue, and said my daughter would “outgrow” the lip tie (again, without actually looking at it). I ended up taking her to a pediatric dentist where she was properly examined. They informed me she had a grade 4 lip tie (the most severe) and also a tongue tie.... read more

I have had many personal appointments with Jordan, as well as taken family members to her. My experiences with Jordan and her staff have been nothing but positive. She is extremely professional and listens to concerns. I’ve also needed to use My Chart for questions and help from Jordan and her staff. They answer promptly -and clearly care about their patients’ wellness.

Went in for my annual (medications etc.) and asked a few other questions. Surprised when I got a bill for an appointment that was not coded as annual. Jordan refused to change it since we spent about 2 minutes discussing things not included in an annual. Clearly OSF is looking for money and not caring about patients wellbeing.
