My experience with Dr. Jose Alvarez was unbelievably unprofessional. I had a confirmed appointment for a simple tooth bonding repair that I clearly explained when scheduling. Instead, I was taken for X-rays I didn’t need, given no explanation, and then abruptly told my appointment was “scheduled wrong” and I wouldn’t be seen.
