Dr. Licas is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. The one star is for the office itself. Telling a patient that they can't see their doctor because they only have cash to pay for the appointment is unacceptable. LifeStance cannot forcefully make a person pay due to their policy. I also reached out to the manager and explained my only means of payment and that's it, period! Dr. Licas makes me feel at ease, and I feel really comfortable talking to her. She listens to me attentively and tailors to my needs, when it comes to the medication that she prescribes to me; right dosage. If you're looking for a psychiatrist. Dr Licas us an excellent doctor. Very caring, understanding and responsive to patient needs. I have been a patient here for many years. I'll be leaving to another state, so I hope I find some as good as her.
