Dr Licas us an excellent doctor. Very caring, understanding and responsive to patient needs. I have been a patient here for many years. Josefa has been a compassionate listener. She is helping me to navigate a time of loss for me, with my vision loss due to Lasik, and my children (empty nest). She is taking the time with me to problem solve what solution would work best vs just using a one-size fits all approach. I am sensitive to meds and she sees that. I especially appreciated her explanation of how not taking meds regularly effects neurotransmitter effectiveness.
