Joseph is exceptional. He truly listens, takes time to understand my needs, and explains everything clearly. I always feel supported, never rushed, and genuinely cared for. I highly recommend.
I can't say enough great things about Joe. In my short time working with him he has proven to be understanding, genuine, and supportive (which does not often in the medical field in my experience). He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are on the right path, not to mention being available to me to communicate with directly (also very rare and equally amazing 🤩).
