My initial call to the office had me waiting on hold for nearly 40 minutes. Once a representative picked up, I could only leave a message for Dr. Song and that someone would get back to me in due time. He took the time to listen to my parents' concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Song was personable and patient as we walked through the possible diagnostic procedures and risks. Dr. Song adjusted the antibiotic to my liking and also chose the procedure for my case based on our discussion. All is good.
Good visit. Had to prepay copay prior to visit. I didn't feel that policy was professional. Poor privacy at reception area. Entire conversation audible to entire waiting room. Visit with Dr. Song went well. Good explanation of medical plan.
