He took the time to listen to my parents' concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. My initial call to the office had me waiting on hold for nearly 40 minutes. Once a representative picked up, I could only leave a message for Dr. Song and that someone would get back to me in due time. Dr. Song performed a surgical procedure and all aspects were top notch. He expedited the surgery into his busy schedule and coordinated with another surgeon for a related procedure at the same time. All went well. Very pleased.
I was quite nervous during my first visit to the urology clinic. Dr. Song mentioned that I had a case of phimosis and prescribed a steroid cream to see how things would improve. Because I was also worried about some urinary frequency, he arranged a UroCuff test for me, which thankfully showed no major issues.
