Good visit. Had to prepay copay prior to visit. I didn't feel that policy was professional. Poor privacy at reception area. Entire conversation audible to entire waiting room. Visit with Dr. Song went well. Good explanation of medical plan.
Overall detailed consult with Dr Song. He provided some information that allowed me to ask questions to seek the guidance for making an intelligent decision regarding options in treatment and post op care. With that, perhaps the only item I wish was available at that time was a rendering of the prostate and identification of location of the indicated tumors. Whenever I see Dr. Song, he explains procedures really well, and provides me with his own statistics related procedures. Which one is common, which is not. I do recommend Dr. Song to all urological patients, especially, new patients like me. Dae
Dr. Song is a highly efficient urologist who truly understands the patient's perspective. I appreciated his genuine concern regarding my prostate enlargement, and he began a thorough investigation into the issue. I had an excellent urologist in New York, and now I am fortunate to have another great doctor in Georgia. I feel very fortunate to have him as my physician and wish him all the best.
A wonderful 1st experience seeing Dr Song. An easy sign in experience. He was professional, answered my questions and explained what the process moving forward would entail.
