If i could put a negative star i would. The providers are incredible, unfortunately due to their billing and booking experience i have to choose another provider. This is very concerning especially for mental health their front office causes such an issue with access to care.
Joy is a great help. Knowledgeable on many therapies and resources. Helps me think through things. I feel hopeful when I leave.
Joy is a great therapist, who not only listens and gives great advice but provides worksheets and articles that help you as well. I’ve recommended her to multiple people who agree.
