The booking experience was pretty easy. I wish I knew ahead of time what type of Counselor I needed prior to my 1st telehealth visit. I think using acronyms is not helpful unless the entire definition of the acronym is written out. My intake info was taken so it wasnt a total loss. Judith was professional and kind easy to talk to.
