Julia was referred by my sister. This is my first home. At beginning, I was reluctant to do the buyer consultation. It turned out to be the best decision I had made during my home purchase. She taught me so much in the consultation, from financing, to real estate terms, to transaction process, to how to protect your money, you name it. She is patient and so knowledge.
