Julia is wonderful to work with! She has a great way of explaining things clearly and helping you connect the dots, especially when it comes to understanding the impact of my past experiences and trauma. She provides practical and useful tools that are easy to apply or practice in everyday life and that truly work. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my mindset, self-awareness and ability to cope in a short amount of time and I’m very grateful to have found her and highly recommend her.
