How Dr Lacey has any reviews that are not 5 stars is BEYOND me. We have been taking out sons to Dr Lacey for the past year and could not be happier. Dr. Lacey is kind, patient and has the best bed side manners. Makes my kids feel at ease and even makes my toddler smile during the visits. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR LACEY.
The services that I receive from Dr Lacey is beyond excellent its exceptional. The staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed. I don't have to think twice in recommending Dr Lacey to family and friends. I am so happy that he's my son's pediatrician. He doesn't rush my visits and make sure all my concerns are addressed before leaving the office. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. I'm a little hesitant to leave this review. Dr. Lacey is a good doctor and seems to genuinely care for his patients. My constructive criticism is that I wish he would describe briefly what he's doing to his patients and talk to them directly instead of saying everything to me. My daughter is 5 and I felt he was moving too fast through his assessment and I was struggling to explain to my daughter what was happening. Another thing is that I feel he goes through his recommendations in a cookie cutter sort of way. He won't cust... read more
Dr Lacey, is a true professional, very detailed he spends time with his patients. I find him to be genuine and a warm personality and detailed oriented. He is a calm yet through individual. Blessed to have him as my son’s pediatrician.
