Took my son for his "Teen" well visit and it was a success! We were in and out of the office within the hour. Dr. Julio Triay's bedside manners were excellent. He was very kind with my son that is visually impaired. He took the time to explain what he was doing before he did in order to make him aware which is so huge for a blind person. I absolutely appreciate compassion and consideration expressed by the Dr and also the nursing and front office staff. My daughter was up due for her 12 Wellcheck up and shots she was very nervous and uneasy since she hates shots and is going thru puberty. The moment we walked in we where greeted by the young ladies in the front desk and took a seat in about 5 minutes we where being called. Once inside we where greeted by whom I thought was extremely young Dr but he made everything easy, he spoke to my daughter explaining everything , he asked her multiple questions even making her laugh in a moment that she was very tense. I took my one year old to get his flu shot and when I got there they told me they had no more flu shots. I had to go another day for his flu shot. The I took him for his 1 year and six months visit, he needed a hep b vaccine and they told me they ran out. I had to take him to another clinic to get his hep b vaccine. Terrible service.
My 3 year old kid was having 104 Fever for the second day, we were concerned since it happened 10 days ago, so we asked for an appointment at PA Doral and Julio Triay was the Dr on Call that showed up for my Daughter. It seems that for him is normal a fever so high since he almost laughed at us because we brought in our 3 year old Daughter for the second time almost a week after. My daughter has been a patient for almost 11years and the time that you have to wait in the room, always exceeds 45-60min which is ridiculous. I work in the medical field and that is uncalled for and unnecessary. We continue to see Dr. Naka-Mizrahi because my daughter and I really like him but that’s all.
