We drove from Rio Rancho for a consult for our son. We arrived 15 minutes early to a locked main door. We waited outside, along with 2 other families, for 30 minutes unable to reach the actual office on the phone to ask them to come open the door. The answering service couldn’t even reach the main office. They finally opened it after my husband banged on the window for a few minutes. A Fantastic honest dentist! I highly recommend this office after spending years at Just for Kids, I suggest ANYONE with children use this office! They were very nice and friendly and honest and caring! Highly recommended! Didn't have to wait long at all for appointments and can usually schedule you for appointments within a month of request. Much quicker than Just for Kids which is terrible and makes you wait 6-8 months and also fabricates things that are needed to commit insurance fraud. This is a great place and my son lov... read more
This clinic used to be great. BOTH dentists and most of the staff has left. We were rescheduled 4 times. When we showed up for our appointment they were severely understaffed and only had 2 techs for 5 kids all booked at the same time. And the worst part is they don't even currently have a permanent dentist. There was a temporary dentist with unknown credentials, not clear he was credentialed with our insurance, or even licensed in NM. DO NOT bring your kids here! No longer the same clinic!!
This is the best and only dental office that my kids ever went to. We just can’t love it enough. All of the care was exceptional, the routine visits and the occasional emergency. Now my kids are young men and I hope their next dentist will follow in the positive footsteps of Just for Grins!
Honestly, if I could, this would be a zero rating . First issues when we were first scheduling appointment’s they waited eight months to schedule a first appointment after we had our first appointment for their second appointment. It was supposed to be six months. It ended up being nine months apart, and if you have more than one child they only want one parent per child so you have to make several appointments within a 30 minute gap and you also can’t take the child with you that was just seen so you better pay for a babysi... read more
