We are more then happy with the service provided at this facility, the staff and the Doctor were amazing. My son has autism on the spectrum and it's so hard for him to have a placent time during doctors appointment, the nurse was so nice prepping him on every single step showing him with love and patience step by step, she even got items to make my son's visit more fun, she worked at my son's rithem and she didn't rush anything, another nurse came to help and she was so patient and lovely too. They were kind and gentle with my kids. My daughter had previous dental trauma and they handled her very well . Dr Hernandez was kind and made jokes to make her laugh when she was sad. It made all the difference. It was a great experience. The whole staff were super kind and understanding
Horrible service. I am extremely disappointed with our recent visit. The check-in process was a complete mess. I filled out the required forms three separate times online. When we arrived for the appointment, I was told they never received them and had to fill everything out again. On top of that, I had canceled one appointment for one of the children, yet I kept receiving reminder calls and messages. We had a great first experience here! My girls loved the big aquarium in the lobby! The hygienist and the dentist were both knowledgeable and patient, I also appreciated how the dentist took the time to really discuss what was going with my kid’s teeth and an action plan moving forward 😊
The dentist that used to be there, Dr. P was the best ever. My girls said the dentist was nice. As for the dental hygiene staff were rough and my girls felt like they were rushing. We waited about 40 minutes past appt time. We will not be going back.
