This place is horrible. The turnover rate for dentists as well as staff is exceptionally high. The schedulers must be the lowest paid staff in the world because they definitely don’t understand the difference between in network and out. Some of the dentists are in network and some out. It’s just a layover for dentists looking for a home. Avoid this place. Drive to Albuquerque if you have to. Don’t put you young ones into this McDonald’s of dentistry.
We drove from Rio Rancho for a consult for our son. We arrived 15 minutes early to a locked main door. We waited outside, along with 2 other families, for 30 minutes unable to reach the actual office on the phone to ask them to come open the door. I had my son here for over a year they we never moved forward with the treatment that was necessary. They never appealed Medicaid's denial. Which they should have done. Instead they wanted me to pay out of pocket. Ridiculous! I found a much better dentist who was NOT afraid to appeal Medicaid's denial. And what do you know we got approved. This is the best and only dental office that my kids ever went to. We just can’t love it enough. All of the care was exceptional, the routine visits and the occasional emergency. Now my kids are young men and I hope their next dentist will follow in the positive footsteps of Just for Grins!
We’ve always had a good experience at Just for Grins. Yesterday we were a little early but hey saw us right away and we were in and out. I always recommend Just for Grins to friends and family.
