They were kind and gentle with my kids. My daughter had previous dental trauma and they handled her very well . Dr Hernandez was kind and made jokes to make her laugh when she was sad. It made all the difference. It was a great experience. The whole staff were super kind and understanding
Every single person we encountered at Just for Grins was absolutely amazing! My oldest daughter is understandably a little reluctant about doctors because of her previous medical experiences, and every member of the team took that into consideration when caring for her. Horrible service. I am extremely disappointed with our recent visit. The check-in process was a complete mess. I filled out the required forms three separate times online. When we arrived for the appointment, I was told they never received them and had to fill everything out again. On top of that, I had canceled one appointment for one of the children, yet I kept receiving reminder calls and messages. We had a great first experience here! My girls loved the big aquarium in the lobby! The hygienist and the dentist were both knowledgeable and patient, I also appreciated how the dentist took the time to really discuss what was going with my kid’s teeth and an action plan moving forward 😊
Just for Grins was welcoming and patient with my young children. The staff made us feel comfortable and had a great sense of humor! They are knowledgeable and kind.
