Friendly, prompt and professional. They managed to help an elderly friend and me in the same day. Very helpful for each of our issues. This repair shop is the best. I had a cracked screen which kept on spreading eventually leading my phone screen to go pitch black. I looked and searched for repair shops. First i went to apple where they charged me $379. Then i decided to come to this shop. To fix my cracked screen it was $140 with screen protector included (iphone 14 pro max) . I had a last minute emergency with my IPad screen. It was fixed super fast (1hr or less!) and for a very good price compared to other places! Miguel was very nice and very professional and making sure I was happy with everything before leaving. Would definitely recommend!
I had my phone 5 years, never had any issues with the phone before now my screen wouldn’t turn on so he took the phone for 30 minutes and fixed the original issue but he replaced my charger port with a bad one and now my phone won’t charge and tried to to get more money out of me. Highly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs!!
