SOTO did not do a good job at all. He literally left patches and weeds, uncut, and strewn across our backyard and front yard. There was no edging done at all. Please see the photos attached for the poor workmanship. Just Right Lawns would not be my positive referral to you.
Service was not bad, edging job was not up to expectations. I requested leaf clean up on the initial service and was told that they service clients in Panther Creek already, that said they left all the bags in the front of the house (near the curb). The waste collection services in our subdivision always collect from the back of the house. With the price point charged on the leaf clean up ($10-$15) per bag and having to finish the job myself, I wouldn’t recommend paying for this service.

I am the husband of Whitman Howard who left a 1 star review here earlier. Please read it to see our previous incidents with this company. After the initial incidents he talked about, Just Right Lawns offered a complementary service with the promise that the would not touch our fences or pumpkins and do the job right. the lawn was mowed adequately apart from the weeds that never seem to go away even with weed treatment but we suspect one of your employees accidentally broke the window of one of our cars while mowing we are working on getting proof but it’s the only thing that makes sense although this might’ve been an accident no one was contacted about it and i would like to to be addressed IMMEDIATELY if it wasn’t a worker at least get back to the messages i’ve sent and tell us it isn’t you but as far as all the evidence goes it seems v... read more
