I am the husband of Whitman Howard who left a 1 star review here earlier. Please read it to see our previous incidents with this company. After the initial incidents he talked about, Just Right Lawns offered a complementary service with the promise that the would not touch our fences or pumpkins and do the job right. We have asked this company to mow our front and back lawn 3 times. In those 3 times they have destroyed our garden fences, tore up our pumpkins, and cut the power cord for our water softener. They never once informed us of The damage they caused and left it for me and my wife to discover. The damage and cost they have incurred is ridiculous and I am the fool for giving them more chances after the first one. Amazing customer service from Cynthia. I got on the phone and got an estimate in minutes. I was concerned about an overgrown area in my back yard and was able to send in pictures to makes sure they could provide the services I needed. Cynthia gave me a call back within minutes and got me set up for service. 10/10 service and 11/10 for the helpful and positive attitude!
After speaking with three competitors, it was Sue who explained things the most clearly. She also was the most convincing. After one month, I’m a happy customer! Great price, always on time, same crew each time who remember my wife’s explicit directions. Great value, follow through and performance!
