Generally we are satisfied with your service, However some of your crews are not very thorough when edging. Also your communication with your customers can be improved.
I just needed lawn care for two months since I was moving and hired this random company. When cancelling I had to call twice because they didn’t do it the first time and kept sending me emails and texts about upcoming service. I noticed AFTER cancellation they had been charging me double what they quoted me for every other week. Now a month later they are harassing me for unpaid charges for dates after my cancellation. Edit- you people just charged me AGAIN, over a month after cancellation.
My lawn has never looked so nice. I’m so very happy with my lawn. I met the lawn man he was so very nice and professional.I even got a compliment from a policeman on Friday afternoon so thank you and please thank the lawn man for the great job he did
