Highly discourage anyone from using this company for any type of service. I was told over the phone that my service included mowing, edging, weed eating, and they would blow away any lawn scraps. As you can see from the photos, very little mowing was done, no edging was done, and the weed eating job is spotty. They were in and out in 15 minutes. Definitely would not recommend using or working for this company. All they care about is your credit card number. I subcontracted work from Vic,Armando, and Ray. Definitely not knowledgeable on lawns they will send you to 5ft overgrowth and expect you to do their dirty work because they promise a job with nobody to do the work. They are in Austin they give zero cares about any homeowners report them to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU go look yourself this place is a joke. I'm always happy with my services. There were only a couple times when I first started using them when a couple of my climbing aloe plants got whacked down. Not entirely their fault because the aloe was young and when it's a new plant it looks like a weed. Just Right Lawns offered to replace the plants but it wasn't necessary because the aloe grew back and it's doing fine now. I have my lawn cut every couple of weeks and they do a great job. Where they really stand out is the weed control and lawn fertilizer service. John is the gentleman that handles this for me. He’s always quick to respond to my questions and all the out of control weeds are almost completely gone. If you’re searching for a reliable team, Just Right is the way to go.

Our neighbor has been hiring them for the last year. They never complete the front yard after repeatedly being told where the property line is. Our car has been hit with debri on multiple occasions. We were told Thursdays they would be coming so we could move our car. Last Sunday we took our car through the wash and Monday morning my husband was treating the trim with special chemicals when they showed up and waited for him to finish then threw more debri all over the car and blew leaves to one side of the yard.
