Definitely would not recommend using or working for this company. All they care about is your credit card number. I subcontracted work from Vic,Armando, and Ray. Definitely not knowledgeable on lawns they will send you to 5ft overgrowth and expect you to do their dirty work because they promise a job with nobody to do the work. They are in Austin they give zero cares about any homeowners report them to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU go look yourself this place is a joke. Our neighbor has been hiring them for the last year. They never complete the front yard after repeatedly being told where the property line is. Our car has been hit with debri on multiple occasions. We were told Thursdays they would be coming so we could move our car. Last Sunday we took our car through the wash and Monday morning my husband was treating the trim with special chemicals when they showed up and waited for him to finish then threw more debri all over the car and blew leaves to one side of the yard. Very disappointed with the service I received, schedule the service for real estate pictures, looks like the service was completed by the neighborhood kid pushing a lawnmower. They offered me a $10 dollar credit, totally unacceptable, would not recommend this company.
I had great service with this company for over a year, but since March/April of this year there have been missed visits that I was still charged for, and a comedy of errors where I finally decided to cancel. While they have always been responsive and willing to fix billing errors, they have reported limited days and crews to come out to fix my lawn. Signed up for them to do weekly mowing and that was to include mowing, edging, weed eating and blowing. The first week, I had to call customer service because there were lines in the yard of missed grass and they didn’t do any weed eating, edging, or blowing. They sent the guys back out. They spent maybe 15 minutes for front and back with only two guys. I decided to give them another chance and my husband was home this time to make sure yard was done correctly.
