We started using Just Right Lawns in September 2025 and things were fine at first. But recently, the service has taken a nosedive. It’s clear something changed—whether it’s management, staffing, or just a drop in standards. They’ve completely stopped weed-eating without explanation, and this week, one of their crew claimed our back gate was locked and simply walked off. I recently used Just Right Lawn for lawn mowing, and I'm absolutely delighted with their service! The team was prompt, professional, and paid incredible attention to detail, leaving my lawn looking immaculate. They cleaned up clippings afterward. I have mixed feelings about the company. Setting up services was very easy and pleasant. Once my first appointment came, no one showed up. The next day they made sure to send the team and apologized. 2 weeks later, same thing happens. I call and they say I rejected service, but no one came to our door. Come to find out, the team went to the wrong house both times, and the first time they actually did the whole service for the wrong home, and the second time the owner stopped them. Highly discourage anyone from using this company for any type of service. I was told over the phone that my service included mowing, edging, weed eating, and they would blow away any lawn scraps. As you can see from the photos, very little mowing was done, no edging was done, and the weed eating job is spotty. They were in and out in 15 minutes. I was looking for a new lawn service, so I called Just Right Lawns and I spoke with Cynthia. She was very, very helpful. She explained everything that they will do and what I can expect from them. And, they’re able to come out tomorrow, Reasonable prices so I set up biweekly service! Thank you, Cynthia for making it so easy!!!
