Only gets a 1 star because I can't say Zero. I went in and Justin Song asked if I planned on keeping my teeth. Horrible way to start as I am 28. I know I have had a lot of work done, and my genetics don't help, but that is uncalled for. And stating that I need a root canal on a front tooth with no sensitivity, and all of my prior fillings and crowns needing to be redone - they are max 5 years old. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Song at the Palatine Aspen Dental location for my wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Song was outstanding throughout the entire process. He made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and performed the extraction quickly and smoothly. I was honestly amazed at how easy the procedure was and how fast my recovery went. Made me feel very comfortable although I was not happy with my smile at all. He made sure I understood all my options and helped me choose what would work for me. He was able to answer all my questions and explained how my treatment was going to work and what needed to be done in what time frame.
