I had an excellent experience with Dr. Song at the Palatine Aspen Dental location for my wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Song was outstanding throughout the entire process. He made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and performed the extraction quickly and smoothly. I was honestly amazed at how easy the procedure was and how fast my recovery went. Only gets a 1 star because I can't say Zero. I went in and Justin Song asked if I planned on keeping my teeth. Horrible way to start as I am 28. I know I have had a lot of work done, and my genetics don't help, but that is uncalled for. And stating that I need a root canal on a front tooth with no sensitivity, and all of my prior fillings and crowns needing to be redone - they are max 5 years old. I brought my grandmother in as a new patient after she damaged her denture, and Dr. Song and his team took great care of her. They were kind, patient, and made the entire process easy. They were able to replace one of the existing teeth on her denture instead of making us start over, which we really appreciated. The repair looks great, and my grandmother left smiling. It’s not easy finding a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients, but that was definitely our experience here. Highly recommend Dr. Song and his staff.
