So sorry to read about your closing! You have taken such great care of my kids for so long and have always treated them kindly and with love. You have trained them, and me, to be better companions. My dogs have always enjoyed their visits to "the spa". You will be sorely missed! God luck to all the staff!
visited to consider boarding my dog. The staff is very friendly and nice but the place smells awful. The building & interior also feels very old and dated. I wouldn't want my dog to stay.

Hi Rori! We are sorry you weren't satisfied with the tour. We are slowly working on some updates and painting and have new rooms being installed later in the year. I assure you that even with our building being a little dated, the quality of our care does not suffer as that is where we focus our attention.
