When I started down this road to pull money out of my Home Equity, I hesitated after speaking with a few companies. It seemed easy at first, but because we have a living trust, the loan was really delayed. Kai knew nothing about this and the pages I sent him were the pages they were requesting and he didn’t know this. Very poor explanation of time and fees.
