A Hidden Gem in RiNo I recently moved from NYC to Denver and discovered a hidden gem at the Edison at Rino. The leasing team of Ben and Christian are amazing. Ben showed me several layouts, guided me through the leasing process and provided a seamless move in experience. Nice place Great place to live! The negativity I have is the elevators go down periodically and it is kinda noisy at night but other than that a nice place to live.

Apartment of the year I have been living at the curate for 6 months now and it’s been nothing short of amazing. With any issue it’s expressed to all tenants whether it be big or small. Friendly staff, always helpful, and a very active community. They have events each month to share with their tenants to get to know each other, or just to get some tacos at a taco truck. This is the best home and community I’ve ever had and best community I’ve ever been apart of. Highly recommended. 5 stars.
This place is AMAZING We are soooo happy at Skye of Turtle Creek! The apartment is very large, in great shape, and has an amazing view! The pool AND jacuzzi are like new and their are BBQ's and a great workout gym. The maintenance staff are also great. We turned in 3 minor maintenance requests and all were responded to almost immediately! And there is always someone cleaning everyday. And the staff are so friendly and accessible. Nice property I’ve lived at The Guthrie for about a year. There has been some turnover in the staff, but the overall upkeep of the property hasn’t been compromised. I utilize their coffee machine every morning, which is great, and in the pool area is really nice to be around when it’s warmer outside. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody wanting to be near, but far enough from the city.

Great Property I have toured The Guthrie and had a very pleasant experience. When you drive up, there is plenty of parking which I have found to be a bit problematic when looking at apartments in the nearby area, specifically downtown. The office smells great, and the staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions and the A3 floor plan they showed me was great. I’m still on my search, but this is definitely at the top of the list!
