Great place. I had 2 teeth pulled around 8 am. I was nervous at first, but the three Doctors helped me feel comfortable. They used this Spray that they put on your arm, that spray freezes your skin, then they had to try to put the IV in three different locations on my arm, but two of the locations did not work. But the third one did work. And then right after they finished setting up the IV, I fell asleep! 45 Minutes later, I was awake. But still a little sleepy. I'm not well off financially and needed emergency extraction. We were able to work out a payment plan that worked for me. They had me in and the teeth out same day. Their staff is exceptional. When I mentioned I had pain. They addressed it on the spot. All of their staff is dedicated to comprehensive treatment from the time you walk in. To when they are getting you ready for release. I was a bit nervous going into the experience, but the staff and oral surgeon put me at ease quickly. I felt very well taken care of, and was given the very best of care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Shepard to everyone I know. The entire staff was absolutely outstanding. I am very happy with the level of care I received.
Very friendly, empathetic and professional. Beautiful and clean building. Doctor Sherman and staff have a calming and reassuring manner. Very informative on what procedures are going to be performed and what I should expect. I was allowed ample time to ask questions and never felt rushed. I highly recommend Kalispell Oral Surgery to anyone. It was super easy to get an appointment. Didn't have to come in for a consultation, as my dentist referred me. They were so friendly, kind and patient. This was my first surgery and I was so nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed.
