A smooth experience for each of our teenagers getting their wisdom teeth removed. Professional yet friendly staff and doctors, comfortable lobby/waiting area. Able to talk to doctor before and after procedure with clear instructions for after care. Efficient appointments with upfront pricing and, if needed, follow ups were included.
I had a cracked molar on a Thursday, by Sunday there was enough pain and some swelling so I called the emergency number and THE SURGEON picked up - wow. He met me (and my wife) a couple hours later, after church, in his office. After an extensive consultation (which included xrays) he layed out all options, including one that could possibly keep the tooth (very rare for a surgeon to lay out that option, but shows another exampme of his ethics). Doctor Shepherd and Angie are the absolute GOATS of this industry! I just had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at 30 years old. Angie kept me totally cool & calm leading up to sitting in the chair, and Dr Shepard was very nice and quick. I don't even remember going to sleep! Angie helped my mom get me to the car, and my mom said she had a pleasant experience in the waiting area for me to be released. THANK YOU, KALISPELL ORAL SURGERY!
