Dr. Shepherd and his staff are awesome! Everyone is always kind and caring, especially Dr. Shepherd. He explained everything to me in detail and listened to my concerns and this is a huge thing for me, he gets me. God broke the mold when he made me. Very few people understand why I am different and even fewer really get me. He is an incredible person and an incredible doctor. I appreciated all of the communication and easy to understand directions from the doctor and nurses. My daughters had their wisdom teeth removed and the process was very smooth.
Had my wisdom teeth and a couple more pulled yesterday. Couldn't be happier with the way I was treated throughout my process. Everyone was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I wish I could remember the name of the girl that was with me throughout it because she was great. Dr Josh Blanton did a great job. 7 teeth total and I'm in no pain at all the next day!
Dr. Casey Shepherd is a gifted oral surgeon who, as an educated anesthesiologist, also administers anesthesia to his patients. He has skilled, gentle hands and a personable bedside manner, patiently listening, and never making me feel he is in a hurry. His staff are personable and capable, too. Most recently, I appreciated Halley's bright and cheerful demeanor. I highly recommend Kalispell Oral Surgery.
