I highly recommend Kalispell Oral Surgery to anyone. It was super easy to get an appointment. Didn't have to come in for a consultation, as my dentist referred me. They were so friendly, kind and patient. This was my first surgery and I was so nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed. They took the time to answer all my questions, get to know me and try to make me as comfortable as possible. Thank you to the whole team here at Kalispell Oral Surgery. It was such a great experience. My son had all four wisdom teeth extracted and what should have been stressful, was quite comical. And thanks to the doctor and nurses in the room for doing such an amazing job with him, and keeping him calm and laughing.
I went in nervous, but felt very welcomed and comfortable here. From the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor, everyone was very sweet and made me laugh and relax before the surgery. I left feeling just fine and have been recovering with little pain. Highly recommend this place, I can’t describe how well everything went. Usually I’m scared of dentists or anything with my mouth, but I would come back if I ever need something done again
The surgeon, Dr. Shepard was great, just a sweetheart. Explained everything, very attentive and detailed. Sat down, did not rush, went over all the details. And so we're the nurses, very nice. The only thing that I would add to this office is a simple water or coffee added in the waiting room, as there are people normally sitting and waiting for those who are in the surgeries , it would be really nice to have it as sometimes it is a long wait. Little courtesy goes a long way.
The employees and surgeons of Kalispell Oral Surgery Center are professional, sensitive to their patients' needs. I'm currently in the midst of my 2nd procedure with them and it's going along smoothly. Oral surgery & implants aren't fun, but they make it clear and explain the process. The staff is wonderful! If you have work that needs to be done, contact them. I'm quite pleased.
