My experience with Kanoski Bresney could not have been better. Bill Harringgon was my lawyer. He was very attentive friendly professional and kept me posted on any details that I needed to know. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs him He's a very kind professional lawyer and human. I'm so happy that he was my lawyer. He fought for me and got the best results that we could get. I never felt like I was fighting the fight by myself. If you need call Bill Harringgon and you will not be disappointed.

After my fall at work May 2023, I really didn’t know what my rights were and what was going to happen long term. My employer was trying to minimize my injury and not take care of my needs. I cannot tell you how completely satisfied and elated I am to have hired Kanoski Bresney. Not only were they sympathetic to my needs, they were constantly working for my situation. Thank You!!!!!! I cannot say that enough. Without Kanoski Bresney and Mr. Apfelbaum specifically, I believe I would still be dealing with my injury. Your firm kept the pressure on the worker's comp insurance company and got me the surgery I needed. Additionally, You got me the compensation I deserved and not the fraction WC wanted to award. Thank You!!! If you have a work injury this is the firm you want to use. They are very responsive and work hard to keep the worker's comp companies on task.
