My initial appointment took a while to book because they were matching me with a therapist that specializes in areas in which I needed help. My previous therapy experiences were not catered to my needs. Just 4 sessions in I have seen visible improvement in my interactions with others. I feel that I am growing as a person and we have set goals to work on in future sessions. This is what therapy should be! I'm so glad to have found a therapist that actually helps me.
It was my first experience. Karen was a great listener, very easy to talk to and had some great advice. I really appreciated all her help.
I was very nervous before meeting but so happy after. Completely satisfied!
