Karen Henry is so amazing! She is such an incredible light as a human being. She doesn’t just come to work and do her job, she goes above and beyond for her clients. She is so passionate, caring and patient. She listens and understands. It’s hard to find someone to talk to but with her it comes easy. Her energy is so positive, warm and sincere. I would recommend Karen to anyone.

My initial appointment took a while to book because they were matching me with a therapist that specializes in areas in which I needed help. My previous therapy experiences were not catered to my needs. Just 4 sessions in I have seen visible improvement in my interactions with others. I feel that I am growing as a person and we have set goals to work on in future sessions. This is what therapy should be! I'm so glad to have found a therapist that actually helps me.
