The reception staff was very cordial and when I was finished they were quite good abt getting my return visit set up according to how Karen had requested. Karen is an excellent provider. I feel she accesses an issue & helps one processes thru it for an acceptable solution. I appreciate that a lot. She is also helpful w/meds & possible interactions of them.
Staff is friendly and nurturing as always. My doctor recently retired so I saw a new provider, Karen Pulcher today and it was a truly wonderful experience. She took the time to go over my records and my case and it didn’t feel rushed at all. I was extremely happy with my experience. I would highly recommend her and this practice.
I’ve had an amazing experience working with Karen. She’s extremely attentive and thoroughly listened during my intake as I expressed frustration finding the right medication in the past. Intake and billing has been easy to navigate. Some trouble getting my RX to get sent in correctly to my pharmacy but absolutely no complaints other than that.
The doctor listened to my concerns and we discussed them in detail, and then she presented a great follow up plan.
The nurse practitioner listened to how I was progressing and adjusted my medication. She was very attentive and has a good heart ❤️. She cares about her patients needs and addresses the issues. Thank you 🙏🏼
