Karen Steffes is the best! Thanks to her my life has changed for the better. And whenever I need help she’s just a message away and she actually responds to my messages quite quickly. I’ve been seeing her for years and she’s hands down the best!

Karen is wonderful to work with. My only complaint is your check in process and some of the questions that were asked. I'm not paid to do your job. You are paid to check me in. Some of the questions I found to be offensive.
I have recently started with Lifestance. In this short amount of time I am feeling a lot better! I am working with Karen Steffes for my medication. I am feeling so much better. She is not putting me on tons of medication to make me better. She is teaching me to DEAL with my issues. It is exactly what I need! I am having growth in that. growth for me is HUGE!
