This was by far the most unorganized non-communicative mid-led loan process that I’ve ever been a part of, needless to say, WE WON’T be using this un-organization again in the future. I was promised a loan process with no-closing costs & a cash out to take care of a debt & instead assumed a higher principal loan amount & an $1,800 cashout that won’t even cover a portion of what I wanted to take care of.
