Karriann is phenomenal. I came to her 10 months ago a mess. Her patience and ability to really hear what you're telling her? First class. 100% judgement free. She will never look at you that way either. Now, 10 months later? I can smile, I can laugh and I can feel. The days of crying all the time are gone. I highly recommend Lifestance and Karriann. If you're new at this and are just researching? Call and make an appt with her. You won't regret your decision.

I do enjoy my therapist very much with this company. She takes time to explain and keeps things really calm and cool. She was able to get me the help and diagnosis I needed to continue on through life. I was very anxious and stressed but it turns out my anxiety was an underlying disorder that I didn't know I had. I met with Karriann for the first time today after needing to switch providers. I already see someone with lifestance health for therapy and I love her. Karriann came recommended to me by my provider. Karriann took time to understand the issues I came to her with and was very informative and relatable which gave me comfort in being there.
