Staff are terrific, testing was scheduled in a reasonable time, and I was able to proceed with treatment for my AuDHD and begin counseling to deal with coping mechanisms, technological advances and apps, as well as trying different meds until I felt truly comfortable with how I felt in my daily life.

Absolutely love Dr Karriann Longtin. She is very personable and takes her time during our sessions. She has a lot of compassion and empathy. She listens to all my concerns and has helped me in every way. I would recommend her to anyone.

Karriann is phenomenal. I came to her 10 months ago a mess. Her patience and ability to really hear what you're telling her? First class. 100% judgement free. She will never look at you that way either. Now, 10 months later? I can smile, I can laugh and I can feel. The days of crying all the time are gone. I highly recommend Lifestance and Karriann. If you're new at this and are just researching? Call and make an appt with her. You won't regret your decision.

I met with Karriann for the first time today after needing to switch providers. I already see someone with lifestance health for therapy and I love her. Karriann came recommended to me by my provider. Karriann took time to understand the issues I came to her with and was very informative and relatable which gave me comfort in being there. I had a great visit and feel comfortable in her care. She is very sweet and knowledgeable.
