I met with Karriann for the first time today after needing to switch providers. I already see someone with lifestance health for therapy and I love her. Karriann came recommended to me by my provider. Karriann took time to understand the issues I came to her with and was very informative and relatable which gave me comfort in being there. I had a great visit and feel comfortable in her care. She is very sweet and knowledgeable.
After my first visit with Karriann I already feel like she understands me. Ive tried to explain my issues with other people and they’ve just always said I should try harder to fix it and forget about it.
My visit was very refreshing, I left feeling better about myself. I’m introspective and tend to feel guilty about things I have very little or no control over. To be listened to is therapeutic.
Karriann is an amazing psychiatric nurse. I would strongly recommend her she has helped tremendously!
