Katelyn was great! Very thorough and patient regarding any questions I had.
My visit was such a relief! I was terribly anxious over some test results but within a few moments of speaking with Katelyn I was able to put things in a much more reasonable perspective. She is knowledgeable and informative. She is friendly and doesn’t treat you like a thing on a factory production belt to be rushed along to reach some quota before calling it a day. I’m very impressed with her. The other personnel in the office are lovely people as well.
