I had an appointment on Monday, but my car wouldn't start. I tried calling to let the office know. My 1st call lasted 9 minutes with me "on hold for the next available person". No one answered. On my 2nd call, I chose a different option and once again, was on "hold" for 9 minutes before I gave up. I found out later that my calls didn't go to their office, but to a remote site. This is maddening! It's not the way to run a business.
I was tense to start, especially with the situation that I had myself in and I have to acknowledge I was actually not myself for about a good 5-6 weeks do I help me four of the five weeks but I was thinking about doing Saturday nights when I went to Mass on Sunday the homily was just about what I was going through and what I needed to do and speaking with Catherine Bell I feel very comfortable because she's very receptive and especially the way my mind is as much as I'm trying to get straight and everything it's just that I ... read more
