Lifestance is such an easy provider agency to deal with. they initiate helpful emails to remind you of upcoming appointments and also letting you know when it is time to check in with your provider. They make obtaining psychological services so easy. I am so grateful for them and my excellent therapist. I am very blessed.

I had an appointment on Monday, but my car wouldn't start. I tried calling to let the office know. My 1st call lasted 9 minutes with me "on hold for the next available person". No one answered. On my 2nd call, I chose a different option and once again, was on "hold" for 9 minutes before I gave up. I found out later that my calls didn't go to their office, but to a remote site. This is maddening! It's not the way to run a business.
