I got the right help after trying for 10 years at multiple different places. Noone would listen to me. They wanted to tell me how I felt rather than I explain how I was feeling. I feel pretty good about my doctor, and the office worker(s) that I've talked to are really friendly. There's a few things with the website and stuff that I'm not a huge fan of, but it's worth it to get the care I need. My doctor is professional, respectful, caring, and polite. I feel safe to be honest and open, even if I struggle to even decide how I'm feeling in the first place. My doctor is very patient, and I appreciate that a lot.
Our experience has been as expected. Ease of use, consistent virtual appointment platform, timely and accurate billing of insurance, reminders for document updates and in-person visits as required by (insurance, government, regulators). We appreciate having a consistent prescriber (that is to her credit, but probably means she is receiving timely wages and service from the company).
Very knowledgeable, always takes the time to listen. I went from constant flashbacks and extreme anxiety to (finally) being able to use the skills I’d learned in therapy years earlier. My quality of life has vastly improved. I highly recommend Katherine Kelto.
