She has been amazing ensuring that my medications are working and getting me on the right doses. She genuinely cares and takes my current life situations into account every interaction we have, and her follow up and follow through is wonderful. I'm so happy she's my psychiatrist
My practioner's great... but the checkin-process for the Zoom telehealth sessions with her have become a bloody nightmare. Since I don't have sign-on difficulties for any other zoom meetings for organizations to which I belong, this has to be on the Lifestance end of things. Instructions are incomplete and/or POORLY WRITTEN. So much so, that I couldn't get signed on for an appointment several months ago, couldn't get support from lifestance and was billed for a session because I "was a no-show" !!! Absolutely the best most thorough Clinician I have met yet. I was desperately struggling with depression and anxiety, and just coming out of the hospital. Dr Katherine Maas saved my life. I mean it. I have been a patient of hers for about 5 yrs, and I would fly across the country to see her if I had to. I finally have hope in my life again. I couldn’t have done without her often undivided attention. She never takes the short cuts. Oh! And she does Telehealth.
Lifestance Health has saved my life. I have been a patient for five years. I mean it when I say, I was at the end of my rope when my clinician started treating me. Highly recommend Kathryn Maas. For depression and anxiety. Good Practitioners are very hard to find. I’d fly across the country to see Dr Maas if I had to. Perfect fit for me.
