We had a great experience with Dr. Miller and most of the staff. Dr. Miller was very nice, friendly and very helpful. My daughter was very happy to see her. The virtual assistants/ answering service though need to do a better job communicating with the patients. They need to explain where the exact building and entrance are and let patients know about the valet parking. They lack training or perhaps they just do t care.
The Gratitude I have for Dr. Miller and the Paley Institute is BEYOND words. Throughout my son’s career we were treated with so much compassion and care. The staff has become apart of our family. Whenever we had questions they were answered promptly. My son’s career was AMAZING . Dr. Miller has truly changed my Sons life. We are forever Grateful.
