This was my first session with LifeStance, it gave me hope and comfort. I want to keep coming to help me to feel better about myself. I was feeling rejected after the person in Harbor View location I was scheduled to see cancel THREE times consecutively in a row. Then tell me we can’t reschedule until two months later. If they didn’t want to see me, just tell me. I understand why psychiatrists don’t take on seniors as patients, cause they don’t want them!
I would say it really depends sometimes. therapist are human too so I have to take that in a count. But if someone there @ the booth the process is good. But I was told to email my therapist. So it’s a good thing.
Check in was easy and the waiting room atmosphere was very calming. Kathleen Miner was the exact therapist I was looking for! I’d recommend checking it out if you’re looking!!
