I've only had 2 sessions with Kathryn but I can already tell that she is a great fit for me! Kathryn is very welcoming, non-judgmental, patient and empathetic. She provides great tools to put in to action and listens to me carefully. We're going to be working on building my confidence, managing my anxiety and learning how to be better at setting boundaries. Lifestance has been the best therapy provider I've ever had honestly. I've had nothing but good experiences so far with them and never had an issue. You can't say that for a lot of businesses these days. I'm seeing two different providers recently katherine L has been great. And no they didn't pay me to write this review.
