I've only had 2 sessions with Kathryn but I can already tell that she is a great fit for me! Kathryn is very welcoming, non-judgmental, patient and empathetic. She provides great tools to put in to action and listens to me carefully. We're going to be working on building my confidence, managing my anxiety and learning how to be better at setting boundaries.
