WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..I WENT THERE 2 DAYS AGO..IM MISSING 6 TEETH,CANT CHEW FOOD, I HAVE 2 TEETH THAT ARE DECAYING..I WENT INNAND TOLD THE DENTIST THAT I WANT ALL MY TEETH PULLED..I WANT IMPLANTS SO I CAN CHEW FOOD..I WANT A BEAUTIFUL SMILE..SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD NOT DO IT..SAID SHE WANTED TO FIX MY TEETH I HAVE..THATS NOT WHAT I WANTED..SO I CALLED DR HAY IN ILLINOIS ..HE SAID HE WOULD DO EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED..THAT LADY I SAW AT ASPEN LOST A CUSTOMER IN ME..
I was surprised by the fact that I got scheduled for an appointment within two days of calling. The wait time after check- in was a bit long but I believe she may have been the only provider in office that day. She was very clear and precise about my treatment plan and I'm confident that we will achieve the desired outcome.The office was very clean. Her support staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I will be recommending this location to any family or friends looking for dental services.
Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Everyone told me everything that was going to be done very well before they did it.
She listened and explained my best options. I was happy with the visit.
Went to Aspen Dental fir a sore tooth they did nothing but try to sell me things I didn't need.They did nothing for me left the same way I cam in will not go back
