I’ve been nervous about this appointment for days prior to booking. Once I actually had someone tell me about LifeStance, I made a decision and took a leap of faith. So far the entire experience has been positive, but it’s just the first of many.
Customer service rep cannot remove my email which was mapped to another patient - clearly done in error. i am not a patient, but it does sound like a patient safety issue.
Katy is a wonderful, direct family counselor with the ability to call your BS and get to the point. Love her!
