Kathy and her crew are awesome with everything! Attention to detail with great customer service, and knowledge of the business.
Being a military member and separated from my family during the whole process, Kathy found ways to make the process simple while dealing with the time difference and getting specific POA to ensure my family moved in smoothly and on time.
My lender went over and beyond to help me close on time. She was able to locate an appraiser to complete the report in a timely manner. Communication was great! She made the process of buying my first investment property seem like a walk in the park.
