Can’t say enough about Kathy. Although it says Jan 2020, I’ve been working with her since Mar 2019 to make this home purchase a reality. She connected me with the right people to make things happen. She kept everything to lgether, even during a few spots where I thought it would fall apart. She’s a great advocate!

I am thrilled to write a review for Kathy Vasel. Kathy helped us purchase our first home in 2014. She has truly gone above and beyond when it comes to getting what needs to be done more timely than could be expected. I worked with her on my last home which she was able to close in less than 30 days!!! She was sending me emails at 4:00 am , don't know why I was up noticing but that is amazing. Kathy is working on my second home purchase. I would recommend her to everyone I could.

I can not put into words how highly I recommend Kathy Vasel. My experience was not typical as Kathy changed employers during my transaction. She was up front and honest about this. I was concerned about this, but Kathy remained by my side throughout the process. Kathy made herself available for communication at all hours of the day, even when she had a sick family member. Kathy was a great help with navigating the mortgage questions that we had, she was very patient with all our requests and always put us at ease. Her team members were equally as helpful and provided us with a great package to smooth the transition into our new home. I would recommend Kathy to my friends.

Kathy and her team did a great job. Owning a small business complicates the documentation process but they made it as easy as possible. She was always available and easy to work with I highly recommend her and her team.

It took my husband and I about 1 1./2 years to finally purchase the right house for us. Kathy was there for us 100% of the way. She responded to my calls or emails right away and even took the time to call me well after the normal working hours. She was very knowledgeable about our options and helped us find the right loan. She helped me feel more at ease during the very stressful process of buying a home. I would definitely recommend Kathy!!

My Experience with Kathy has been the best, Kathy no matter what day of the week or what time was always available to answer my questions and give me support on time of stress as it can be while buying the first house.
